We used comics that employed detailed visuals and relatable characters to communicate the information clearly, rapidly, and inexpensively in multiple languages.

The Problem

The Philippines are the country widely considered most affected by climate change, and it was determined that, apart from efforts at the state level, LOCALLY-LED CLIMATE ACTION was needed. A leading quasi-governmental organisation wanted to convey some practical methods that communities could consider to reduce the impact of climate events.
